Terms of service – KNOXIE
About us
knoxietribe.com is run by Knoxie Limited, a company based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at knoxiepassion@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order has been dispatched (or, for digital products, when the download is sent).
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
- For personalised items, you're responsible for checking your text, spelling, photo and size before ordering. You must own or have permission to use any image or words you send us, and we may refuse content that is offensive or breaks someone else's rights.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping policy. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify.
Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Handmade and printed items may vary slightly from the photos. Please check our size guide before ordering clothing.
Returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return are explained in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and offers can only be used as described, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Some promotions have their own terms, which we'll show alongside the offer.
Our website
All content on this website, including designs, photos and text, belongs to Knoxie Limited and can't be copied without our permission. We aim to keep the site running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses. We don't limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Your personal information
We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
