What size should I get?

Our activewear has a soft, sculpting, second-skin fit and is true to size: S = UK 8, M = UK 10, L = UK 12, XL = UK 14. If you're between sizes or like a more relaxed fit, size up. There's a Size Guide on every activewear page.

What is the activewear made of?

78% nylon and 22% spandex. It's 4-way stretch, breathable and quick-dry. Machine wash cold and line dry.

Delivery

We ship within the UK by Royal Mail. Orders are packed in the UK and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £50. For Christmas, please order by 18 December.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Email knoxiepassion@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned unless they're faulty. Sale, discounted and gift-set items get the standard 14 days only.

Christmas: orders placed from 1 November to 18 December can be returned until 15 January. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Will the jewellery tarnish? How do I look after it?

Our gold pieces are 316L stainless steel with 18k gold plating, so they're non-tarnish and water-resistant. To keep the shine, avoid perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, wipe with a soft cloth, and store each piece separately in a pouch or box.

How does "Buy 2, get 1 free" work?

Add any 3 eligible rings or earrings to your basket and the cheapest one is free automatically. No code needed. It can't be combined with other discounts.
